I found the location very convenient, a short walk from the bus station. The hotel is easy to locate, helpful after a long journey. Staff were always available and ready with assistance when needed. I liked the simple breakfast to start my day.

My room was very small and it don't have a canal view, something I hoped for.

the location was quite good, very convenient for getting around the area.

The shower was REALLY small. I am not a large person, but i found it difficult to move around in it. the mattress was also VERY uncomfortable, and I could feel every spring. the breakfast was basic and repetitive.

my room was comfy and clean! the staff was friendly and very helpful. i had a shower and toilet in my room with access to a small terrace. it gave me a view of the canal and passing gondolas.

the wifi was a little slow, but everything else was wonderful!
