I found the location very convenient, a short walk from the bus station. The hotel is easy to locate, helpful after a long journey. Staff were always available and ready with assistance when needed. I liked the simple breakfast to start my day.

My room was very small and it don't have a canal view, something I hoped for.

The location was quite convenient (easy to get around from here). the breakfast included fresh bread and croissants. It was tasty. the staff was kind and helpful.

the shower enclosure felt very narrow. (i'm not a very tall person).

basic amenities, some shortcomings

small shower uncomfortable mattress

the location was quite good, very convenient for getting around the area.

The shower was REALLY small. I am not a large person, but i found it difficult to move around in it. the mattress was also VERY uncomfortable, and I could feel every spring. the breakfast was basic and repetitive.

my room was comfy and clean! the staff was friendly and very helpful. i had a shower and toilet in my room with access to a small terrace. it gave me a view of the canal and passing gondolas.

the wifi was a little slow, but everything else was wonderful!
